Reservation Policy

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

• All bookings require valid identification and contact details.

• Group bookings (more than 6 guests) must be arranged directly with the host.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from [15:00 AM]

• Check-out: until [12:30 AM]

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may include a small fee.

Payment Policy

• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or Wompi link.

• Full payment is required to confirm your stay.

• In Colombia, we also accept direct deposits to Bancolombia account 37648040238 – Riverside Jericó SAS.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in → eligible for refund of deposit.

• Cancellations within 30 days → deposits are non-refundable.

• No-shows or early departures → full stay is charged.

Pet Policy

• Pets are welcome with prior notice depending on the property.

• Guests are responsible for cleanliness and any damages.

• In shared spaces, pets must be on a leash or under control.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking indoors is prohibited.

• Designated smoking areas are available in outdoor spaces.

Sustainability & Conduct

• Riverside Ecoliving promotes harmony with nature. Please respect the environment, plants, and wildlife.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• We encourage the use of biodegradable products and waste separation.

Privacy Policy

• We collect guest data solely for reservation and operational purposes.

• No personal data is shared with third parties except for booking or legal compliance.

Accessibility

• Some properties have limited accessibility due to rural terrain.

• Please inform us in advance if you require specific accommodations.

Additional Policies

• Shared kitchens and coworking areas must be left clean after use.

• Community events and workshops may take place during your stay — you’re welcome to join!

• Alcohol and loud music are not allowed in quiet zones.
